Refund Policy, Terms and Conditions to sale

As’Salam wa alaikum dear valued customer.
We strictly do not offer refund to Hijabs and undercap under no circumstances due to hygiene reasons. This is industry standard unless deemed faulty or damage. A credit note or exchange will be given. 

We only offer exchange for clothing of wrong size chosen but we highly encourage you to DM or message us for assistance and advice prior to purchase. As we pride in solution base branding rather than sales and transaction. One ummah one Islam. Exchange postage cost is at buyers expense. 

We do not offer refund or exchange for change of mind. This is both costly for us as a business as well as time wasting for both you and us. So please choose wisely as we are vigilant in our support and provide a showroom to try on before you buy if you can make it. 

 

Wrong size chosen and agreed exchange will be at buyers expense and discretion. All items returned must be in full new condition with tags, original packaging without any trace of wear or damage. 

In the event of full disagreement, we offer a credit note to our store that offers a wide range of products from Hijabs, undercaps, accessories, modest clothing and more.
